At the 68th Annual Greeley Park Art Show in Nashua, NH on August 21st, I was honored with the Best in Show ribbon for my drawing 'Popinjay'. To be picked over so many extremely talented artists is truly humbling. Patricia Bruno wrote a great article on me that made it into all three of the "Life" magazines of the Merrimack Valley; Haverhill Life, MethuenLife and SalemLife. I wrote an article on the colored pencil bureau that my husband built to hold my many many colored pencils. It appeared in the Winter 2020 issue of 'To the Point' the magazine for the members of the Colored Pencil Society. They accurately entitled it "Confessions of an OCD Colored Pencil Hoarder" Tools of Time - The inspiration of this piece came from a trip to a local flea market. I love all the textures and overlapping elements. I wrote an article in the August 2020 edition of Colored pencil Magazine. Entitled "Colored Pencil as a Fine Art Medium" In August of 2020, The Nashua Telegraph, Nashua, New Hampshire published a very flattering interview of me and my artwork. The story was written by George Pelletier. I was truly surprised when I got the paper and found my drawings gracing two pages! Rocky Raccoon - A friend of mine, Robbie, captured this little cutie on film. I couldn’t resist turning him into a drawing. I was chosen a second time to be on the cover of Monadnock Table Magazine. This time it was my drawing "Hens n' Chickens." They also published an interview with me in the same issue! My drawing "Allium cepa" got chosen to grace the cover of 'Monadnock Table Magazine."
