This Redhead loves to peck at the cedar siding on our house. In doing so, he became the prime nemesis of my husband. Even though the genesis says he is an ordinary woodpecker, he is far from being ordinary. He is endowed with a superpower, the ability to hone in to wherever in the house hubby is seated and will proceed to start pecking at that spot.

The sprint to the door coupled with grabbing anything that could be thrown is achieved in record time. But alas, the redhead escapes to live on for another round of this homeowner-bird rivalry.
