Nature and Nostalgia; Drawn in New England

$25.00

8.5 x 8.5 in , 26 pages, premium color, hardcover, glossy cover

Nature & Nostalgia: Drawn to New England, the stories and inspiration behind some of the pieces I have drawn.
Nature & Nostalgia – those are the subjects that I am, pardon the pun, drawn to. I am a hyper-realistic artist and the ‘devil is in the details’ – the more details, the better. The medium of colored pencil affords me the ability to hone in on that aspect. Nature has so many nuances that detail is imperative to capture the essence of a living being, whether it is flower or animal. Nostalgia also lends itself to detail. The more detail, the more the image will come alive for the viewer – evoking their own memories attached to that particular object in the drawing.
